In the Fall of 2019, Montreal Citadel transitioned from a Leadership Committee to a Mission Board for church leadership. The goal of this board is to establish the vision, goals and strategies of Montreal Citadel through partnership with our many program leaders and congregation members. The board meets on a monthly basis to review the overall mission effectiveness of the varied ministries of our church.

Corps Officers/Pastors: Colleen & Justin GleadallThe role of the corps officers is the take the primary responsibility as stewards of The Salvation Army’s mission, development of vision casting and for preaching/teaching and worship ministry. Their main goal will always be to win souls for Christ through pastoral care and mentoring. They will provide discipleship and pastoral care to staff and members of the mission board. They are responsible, with the help of the Mission Board, for the overall ministry of the Church and are responsible to the Divisional Leadership team.
Captains Colleen and Justin have been our corps officers since July 2017 when they arrived in Montreal with their 4 beautiful children (Malakai, Payton, Laila & Emery) and family dog (Mr. Pickles). |

Corps Sergeant Major: Siphiwe MoyoThe Corps Sergeant Major (CSM) serves as the senior local officer of the corps. Their role is to support the Corps Officer(s) in any way possible. The CSM is a resource to the CO(s) providing advice, guidance and practical help. In the absence of the CO(s) the CSM may be required to take primary responsibility for corps matters. The CSM takes an active interest in the ministry of the corps, the corps people and brings all matters of importance to the attention of the Mission Board.

Director of Business: Philip WeechThe business committee is responsible for overseeing all matters of administration including property and finance. The business committee strives to ensure we (Montreal Citadel) are being good stewards of our monetary resources as well as our physical resources. The business committee is also charged with overseeing fundraising efforts within the church.

Director of Program Committee: Heather McLeanThe program committee aims to provide assistance and insight into the many programs found here at Montreal Citadel. This committee oversees the church calendar, special events and regular programming that occurs throughout the year.

Director of Pastoral Care Committee: Florence BorgelaThe pastoral care team meets throughout the year to discuss all matters of Pastoral Care within the corps. This committee has the mandate of enhancing the quality of life and service for all who come under the influence of The Salvation Army Montreal Citadel Corps.

Congregational Representative: Priya ChintaMontreal Citadel values the input of all of our congregation members. It is for this reason we have included a congregational representative on the Mission Board. This representative strives to be available to all members of the congregation. The congregational representative can either direct you to the right person or bring your concerns directly to the Mission Board. Your voice is important, don’t be afraid to share your ideas!
